This was a project I did on my own time after taking the UI/UX course. I thoroughly enjoyed the complete process of building out this concept.

Shacked Yoga

A yoga studio driven by the technology of their app and the convenience factor for busy schedules. The app was a 2-sided concept. One side was customer facing where you can make your account, see the times available at the studio, pay for the class and check in - all on the app itself. No money exchanged, no having to deal with checking in with a person at the front desk. Easy in and easy out.

The other side was for the yoga instructors themselves. They could go on and see how many people they will have in their class, pick up a class within their schedule and see the classes they are scheduled to teach for the day, week and month. They also would receive their checks or payment directly through the app that allowed them to direct deposit into their personal bank accounts.

Logistics

Above, I built out the logo and brand look and feel. The look of the typography and icons used within the app, the color palate, and studied the consumer that would want to utilize this specific yoga studio and the technology of the app.

Then through the low fidelity screens by hand, I quickly figured out how the logistics of this app would function. Moving into Adobe XD to put the functionality and look and feel to work, digitally. Creating a seamless process of how it would work. Working through glitches and figuring out all the touch points in which one would come across within the app.
